Seeing zoom symbol on my project

Hi guys - I am creating an interaction with a text entry and also a hotspot - I am seeing a strange zoom symbol on my project as shown below. This is not clickable, showing on my timeline or visible once I preview the the project.
Any idea what this is and why it's showing?

looks like you added an image zoom, can you double click the image and remove?
