I have a video on a layer which is launched by a trigger on the base layer. It plays through fine, and also replays when you hit the replay button, however, the Seek bar disappears on the replay. It will appear if you click on the Play button; this is while the video is already running.
Is that a program error? Anyone else notice this behavior?
Our team is looking into this bug in Storyline 2, and we’ll continue to keep an eye on it to evaluate how many customers are impacted and what impact it has on courses. The number of customers and depth of impact are two of the elements that help us prioritize bugs and fixes.

I suspect the play/pause button not functioning when replaying a layer is part of the same issue QA is working on.
Hi Trent,
I may be missing it - but is there another thread where we've been working with you on the play/pause button functionality?
hi all, just wondering if this was resolved? Thanks!
Hi Janet,
Unfortunately I don't have an update to share as this is still with our QA team for additional review.
Hi,
Is there any update on this?
Hi Rakesh, thanks for chiming in. This issue was originally reported for Storyline 2. Is that the version of Storyline you're using, as well?
I am using Storyline 2 update 12
Thanks for confirming that, Rakesh.
