I see a similar issue reported to our QA team in regards to the seekbar not being shown again on a layer, and in your file I see it again if I hit the play button and then it also appears automatically on the other layers as well.
I'll share this thread and file with them as they continue to investigate this issue. I don't have a time frame to offer in regards to when I'll be able to share additional information with you, but please know I'll share information here once available.
