Seek bar not working for layers on second visit

Hi all,

I am using Storyline 2 for my project I have click and reveal page where layers are displayed by clicking button, on first attempt its working fine, once all the animation and audio. and we came back to the same layer after visiting rest, animation and audio is playing but seek bar is not working.

I am attaching sample file for your reference.

This is a known issue that has been reported to the QA team. I will add this thread to the report and will comment with any updates as I get them.

Hi Simon, happy to help! This thread is older, so let's start fresh.

What version of Storyline are you using?
What happens to the player seekbar when you open a layer for the second time?
On the Slide Layer Properties, what "When Revisiting" setting are you using?

Hi Alyssa,

Thanks for your reply. I've since discovered that the problem only arises when using the 'Preview' button in Storyline 2, once published it works correctly.
