Seekbar Functionality

Is Articulate considering a Storyline 360 option for the user to be able to drag the seekbar backwards only but not forwards when initially viewing a screen? This would maintain gating, but let the user review information on the screen before it has completed. Many of our screens have longer videos and the course is gated so the user cannot drag the seekbar until the screen has completed. User feedback says they would like to option to back up the video to review content. We'd like to make this product improvement request. Thank you.

That's an awesome idea! I'm sure that many authors and learners alike will find that useful as it'll allow them to review previously presented pieces of information.
I've found an old discussion about this here. There are tricks that were shared by David and Dennis, where they created play/pause and rewind buttons.
