I'm hoping someone can help me. The Seekbar doesn't work on the slides any longer on our eLearning modules. We have customized the player a bit, but I can't find what would be causing the issue.
I attached a couple of examples. The first example is the player that we use for our eLearning modules. The Seekbar doesn't move when the slide plays in Preview or after being published. The second example is one where the Seekbar works properly. I can't find what the difference on the Player settings that would cause the problem.
Thanks for sharing your file here! I was able to see what you described in Seekbar_Test_1, and like you said, all of your settings looked correct. I tried importing the slide into a new Storyline 2 file, and that seemed to fix it! I attached the new imported file here. Have a look, and let me know if it works for you. :)
Thanks for the help. I tracked down the cause of our problem in our template. Whoever created the template actually changed the color of the moving bar to white, which made it white on white. So, it was actually working, but we couldn't see that it was.
I changed moving bar to a different color and magically, the seekbar works again. :)

That would explain it! Kudos to you for figuring out the seekbar color was the culprit!
