Seekbar problems - Its replay my video - I using the last version of Articulate 360

Hi, i was reading about this problem (when you try to go any time in you video using the seekbar, your video just replay from the beggining) And the problem is still there, i just making some test but any solution. I upload to my web site where i use the LMS pluggin TUTOR LMS and ifrime to get it to my page but the problem happen again and again. In Scorm cloud, its work nice and also on articulate page.

Here the test i was doing, just simple video with a normal interaction.

Can someone help please?, Articulate is a very nice software but with this problems, I cant really do to much. Waiting for answer.  :(
