I have a slide about 42 seconds with images, text, and audio. The seekbar moves forward as the slide progresses. Halfway through the seekbar visually stops in the middle of the bar but the slide continues correctly. The slide finishes and the seekbar is stuck in the middle so it's inaccurate. What am I missing?
Layer is set to player default. Player is set to Allow user to drag seekbar.
I don't think that's the problem though. The player keeps playing correctly until the slide finishes. The issue is the seekbar display stops in the middle. The bar doesn't visually keep moving.
Looks like the issue was caused by the textboxes in Group 2 and Group 3 (don't ask me how/why). I recreated the textboxes and now it seems to work, see attached.
It must be because I have them grouped. Not sure why that would affect it though. I do remember I was having issues where the one image or textbox wasn't appearing on the slide so I grouped them.

Hi, Michael. I'm happy to help investigate this behavior with you!
A few more questions:
Thanks for reaching out!
Just checking: In the layer properties, have you enabled Allow Seeking?
Katie,
SL version 3.16.15842.0. I haven't updated recently since updates freeze my SL until I get IT to make a change in the file permissions.
I'm just viewing under Preview. I have published to Review previously and I don't remember noticing the seekbar issue. It's just on the one slide.
I copied over the slide and attached it here.

Glad to know it wasn't me. Much appreciated.

It's not because they were grouped. I had ungrouped them first and the issue persisted.
That is just odd. Maybe it was just a bad textbox. Guess we won't ever know.
Thanks again for figuring it out. That was my last outstanding issue on this project (besides some re-narrating).
