I have a file that was set up by a previous co-worker that I need to update. The selectable btn, when selected changes to orange and a moving arrow appears.
Can someone tell me how the btn turns orange and how the moving arrow was set up.
Go to the timeline, and click the eye icon to the left of "LEAN button SELECTABLE 1". Once it is hidden, you can select "Lean button VISUAL Final".
These triggers are attached to the "Lean button SELECTABLE 1":
The red one changes the state of "Lean button VISUAL Final" To Visited, which is where the orange is.
The blue one shows the "Lean/Waste Layer. Go to the Lean/Waste layer, select the Animations tab, and you can see the arrow with its animation.
I'm not sure why the SELECTABLEs are used. Maybe because there was a thought that the icons couldn't have triggers connected to them, or couldn't have a hover state.
Personally, I think you can give the VISUALS the trigger to show the layer, and the hover state. you won't need the "change state to visited" trigger, like in the attached version. if you do that, I think it will work just as well. Of course, if you try that, and something doesn't work, I never saw you in my life. :)

I'm sure what you recommended works. LOL.
Thank you Walt. Any idea where the moving arrow was inserted? I did try to find it.
The arrow is on the layer. Select the animation tab, and you can see its animation star.
