One, you could use a multiple choice type of question and then add a button next to each response. Each button has a trigger to play a piece of media (the audio file) when it's clicked. (see attached sample).
Or.
You could do a pick one option as well (slide 2 in the attached example).
Just add buttons that play different pronunciations and then have the learner pick the best one before they click submit.
