Apparently, without changing any instructions in the project, the "send email to" trigger does not work anymore after Storyline update 5. The trigger was working perfectly before...
To test the trigger properly you'll want to ensure you're testing the published output within the intended environment. Also, we're happy to take a look and see if there is anything else happening within your project. Can you share your Storyline file here with us and let us know how you're publishing and testing it? The email trigger can always be a tricky one, as it's also dependent on the email client your using and ever increasing security restrictions, which is the main reason we've removed the email results feature from Storyline.
