Sending articulate html files

Hello,

I want to share my html file of my storyline project with my SME, by sending them the internet (html link) via e-mail. However, they are not able to access it.

I then realized, that it was probably due to the fact that it needed the entire file (as opposed to only the html link)...so I sent them the file, compressed, but they still cannot open it.

Is there something I can do differently so that I can ensure that they are able to receive and open the file.
