Is there a way I can use variable to create my own grades for various activities and then sending the results to an LMS (moodle)? I believe that right now the only thing I can send through the SCORM system are quiz scores. I wonder though whether I can fool the system into sending my variable scores instead (or something like that).
When submitting your score, you'll want to set your story up to track by slide. You'll also probably want to use a slide that can never be reached to ensure your score isn't overwritten when all of the slides are visited.

Hi Andrew,
This article from James might help:

eLearning brothers expanded on it here with a video:

Related - you can also use JavaScript triggers to grab SCORM data elements like the username for display in the story:

Thank you very much Steve. That will give me a good start.
