Sequence Drag and Drop Interaction Slide

This question is probably answered somewhere, but after an hour of searching, I haven't been able to locate it.
Using a Sequence Drag and Drop Interaction for e-learners to be able to sequence their response to a child having an anaphylactic episode. I'd love to be able to the change the text in the "choice 1" box , etc. to reflect the actual sequence of what they need to do. I can't figure out how to change "choice 1" "choice 2" etc. to reflect the actual real responses such as "administer epi-pen" "call 911" "assess symptoms" etc. Any help on this? I've tried right clicking each box and using the "Edit text" and "Rename" options to no avail.
Suggestions are appreciated. Please and thank you.

Hi, Matt -- Thanks so much for your question! Would it be possible for you to share your file so we can take a closer look? If you'd like to upload, please use the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box. :)
I haven't begun to modify or pretty it up yet, so it's essentially someone's power point that I will use my Storyline 2 magic on, so it's kind of raw still. I need to figure out this question before I proceed with anything else, though. Thanks!
Matt,
Those are rectangles with a text box added in the normal state. Edit states, and you can change the text.
Personally, I would Edit the state and delete the text box, then edit the text of the rectangle, but that's only because I'm adverse to the pain that messing with states this way can cause.
Hi, Matt -- Please let us know if Walt's suggestion will work for what you have in mind or if you need more help! :)
Thanks for the help.
Where do I find the option to Edit States?
Hi, Matt -- Thanks for your reply, and may I ask if you have had a chance to take a look at this information on Adding and Editing States?
And also, I wanted to note in case you were not aware, when you reply to a forum notification via email, the details in your signature are visible publicly here in the forum thread. If you'd like to remove that information, please use the EDIT button beneath your post. :)
Hi Matt!
Here is some documentation on states and a sample is as displayed below:
Please note that replying to the forums via e-mail attaches your signature. You are welcome to pop in and edit if needed.
Thank you. Sorry about that. New to forums. Don't even have a facebook account if you can believe that...
It's certainly no problem on our end, Matt! Many community members do not know that replying via email attaches an email signature, and we just like to make you aware in the interests of protecting your privacy. :)

Well, I got it all worked out and it's a pretty cool training module. I added some additional bells and whistles and my end customer is very happy. Thanks for all the help!!
Hi, Matt -- That is excellent news! As a matter of fact, if you would be able to share an updated version of the file so that others possibly take a look and learn from your setup, that would be great! Or if confidentiality is a concern, you are welcome to share an outline of the steps you used... either would be appreciated!
Alrighty! What's the best way to do that? Should I just attach my actual file? Not sure how all this works.
Hi, Matt -- Yup! You are welcome to attach your actual file, or if you'd prefer not to share that for confidentiality reasons, a version with sensitive info redacted or even a generic sample file would also be great... whichever works best for you! And, to upload, all you need to do is click the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box and you will be able to attach from there! :)
My sponsor is extremely happy with how this turned out. I have removed the identifying information and we are waiting to hear back on some legal stuff, so that's in yellow highlight just to remind us that we need to check this through legal. Sponsor really loves the ticking clock I created...thanks to everyone who helped.
Great job, Matt, and many thanks again for sharing! :)
