HI Blair,

That sounds really odd. Is the text on the "front" of the slide, or "top" of the timeline? Just curious if it might be behind something. 

If that's not the case, are you able to share your .STORY file here so I can take a look?

I can't seem to see the text anywhere else but it could be moving. I have created a new story file with the "offending" slide. Any light you can shed would be appreciated

Hi Blair,

Thanks for the file! I'm afraid I'm not seeing the same thing, however. I see all options in editing mode, preview and after publishing. 

Please take a look and let me know if you're able to see all four options with my published version:

Thanks for taking a look. Your published version is displaying fine. I downloaded the file I posted and re-previewed and re-published it, but it is still only displaying only two of the four options.

It isn't the end of the world and I will come up with another type of question to use. It is strange though as I've never had this happen before.

Great, thank you for taking a look. At least that tells me that it loads properly if published from by side. I'm curious as to why this is happening, though. I know you mentioned you were able to move on, but if this happens again, can you confirm you're running the most recent version of Storyline? To find this information just go to "Help" and "About Articulate Storyline". If the version isn't listed as "2 (1212.1412), you may want to try installing Update 2 to see if this fixes the issue.

Thanks for your help. Turned out my version was out of date. Updating to update 2 resolved the problem and now all text is displaying
