I have a graded question would like to use sequence drop-down. There will be six drop-down boxes in the question. Each box contain 6 options (e.g. Step A, Step B, Step C, Step D, Step E, Step F). The problem is : Each times I want to add or remove answers in Form View, or create or modify, an error advertising appears. This slide is from the same slide, we copy the slide and we modify for the new form.

Curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?
If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed.
If it's happening in any/all files, you should conduct a repair of your software.
