I have several links to external sites in my training. I have them set to click once and open, but I have to click on them twice to open them, just like an icon on your desktop.
Why is it making me click twice when I didn't select the double click option?
The text seems to be in a large text box that is also within a chart image, correct? The two-clicks seems to be selecting the 'object', then selecting the text hyperlink.
I'm not sure if you wish to re-arrange your layers or perhaps minimize this impact to keep the system from not knowing you're clicking on a hyperlink.

HI David
hard to say without seeing your file. Can you upload one of the slides with a link - someone might be able to help.
Hi David!
Looks like Wendy has popped in to assist you here. You can share your file here via the 'Add attachment' option to your reply.
I'm having the same issue. Was there a solution to this?
Hi Lisa!
Doesn't look we heard back from the original user here. Would you be able to share your .story file for us to take a look and assist?
See the hyperlinks on slide 1.2. The same hyperlinks on slide 1.4 seem to work okay. Thanks!

That's the difference in the two slides though.
