Set trigger to change the state of player menu items

I was going through the modules that are published on our LMS and found an interesting trigger in the SCORM course. I am pretty sure that it was built using articulate storyline 2

When I was taking the quiz, if I answer the question correctly, corresponding menu item is being marked with a green tick icon else it is changed to red "X" next to the menu item. 

How can I implement it in my storyline.

Hi there, Surya.  The correct and incorrect marks on the question list are a feature of Quizmaker, and I wouldn't expect to see them in your Storyline file, even if you had imported a quiz from Quizmaker.

You're using Storyline 2, correct?  

Also, you had mentioned that you saw them in the original file where you only had the output.  Do you still have the link to that?  I can try to determine what tool was used to build the course where you DID see them in the menu.
