Several lessons stuck loading when reproducing on iOS

Thanks for sending your file over, Luis! Here are the details of the publishing settings and testing environment I used:

• Storyline 360 Update 21
• Publish for LMS with Tin Can API
• HTML5 Only
• Hosted on SCORM Cloud
• Tested on iPhone Safari iOS 11

The course worked well with those settings in that environment. Could you also test this link to your course and let me know how it works for you?

Yes, we already tested in scorm cloud and works. Is there a reason why this can work on android and not on iOS? Any best practices or recomendations for storing, uncompressing the tincan files? Some video types not supported?

And why works on Scorm cloud and not on our server whilst other lessons work properly?

I'd like to make sure I understand what you're seeing. Are these correct?

• When the course is in your LMS, it works properly on Android but not on iOS devices.
• When the course is in SCORM Cloud, it works properly on both Android and iOS devices. 

Also, tell me more about how you're uncompressing the TinCan files. Are you doing this before hosting the course on the LMS?

Yes, both sentences are correct. 

The uncompressing is done after uploading automatically on the server.

Since the course works properly on both Android and iOS devices in SCORM Cloud but not your LMS, I would reach out to your LMS administrator for more insight into why this is happening.
