I have a free form true/false quiz. It looks fine when editing and when previewed as a single slide - but when previewed as part of the scene or entire project a shape on two of the slide keeps dissapearing. This also happens when uploaded to our LMS, I have tried re-ordering the slides & remaking them from scratch.
Nothing seems to work, there are no states or triggers added to the shape. it's very odd and frustrating, could someone help please.
Would you be able to share your .story file for us to take a look at what you are reporting here? That would certainly be helpful. You can simply utilize the 'Add Attachment' button in the bottom left of the reply window.
I submitted a case yesterday and they found the problem! yay. it was the drag and drop questions, so i've changed those questions to a different freeform and it's stopped the problem. How weird..
