Hi all,
When inserting shapes of any form into storyline 2 slides they do not look correct until you preview, when you exit preview they are incomplete shapes again. Makes it very difficult to set up slides correctly. Happens when I create a story, or if I download another user's presentation and view. Using Surface Pro2 running windows 8.1 pro 64 bit if that helps. Any help is appreciated...thanks! Jeff

Hi Jeffrey,
Have you looked to confirm that you're using the DPI setting of 96 or 100%? That's typically the solution when seeing a course that has missing or cut off elements. Here are directions on how to check your DPI settings.
that worked, thanks! Too bad I now need a magnifying glass to see my screen :-(
I know we've heard from a few users that on high resolution screens it's much smaller than normal, so we've shared this with our QA/Dev team - but you'll also want to share your thoughts in the form of a feature request as well.
