I'm working on a course in Storyline 2, and noticed this morning that when trying to add any custom shape, it appears as a square. I can create other types of shapes in a new project, and I can paste it into the current project. Everything else seems to be working normally.
Very strange. Perhaps there is some corruption that occurred in your file. You can start a new file and import your slides over. Please be sure that you are working locally on both your software and project files.
Leslie, thanks. That did in fact work, but has introduced enough other issues (such as font changes on 60+ notes pages) that I will probably stick with my old file for now. I'm doing a daily backup, so it gives me an option if any further corruption occurs.
