Shapes only partially visible when added

Hi, when I add a shape in a slide in Storyline it doesn't appear in full. It does when I preview but 1/2 of it seems invisible in build view. there are just three shapes on the slide and the rectangle is in the front position so it's not blocked by anything. It's very strange...

But this is how the rectangle looks in the back end - I'm finding it hard to work with shapes because only half the shape is visible when I add a shape on a slide.

Same thing if I add a circle shape I can only see a quarter section of the circle but I can see the full circle in slide preview mode.

Is this a bug?

Hi Tara,

It looks like you've replied via e-mail, which does two things:

  1. Does not allow your attachments/screenshots to display
  2. Attaches your e-mail signature to your post.
