I created a slide to help users navigate the course, with some markers and arrows pointing to the storyline player buttons/menus. It looks just fine in storyline and in the preview mode, but when I view it on my LMS the arrows look like they're zoomed in, which is also throwing off their positions. I'm not sure what would cause this or what to do to fix it. Please help!
Sorry for the delay, I did't get a notification! My display settings are 100%, and it's showing the same way on safari and chrome. I'm using Storyline 2. The strange thing is that it wasn't a problem until I changed the arrows to the curved arc type of arrow, and the same thing is happening on two different courses.

Hey Chris!
I have a few question to help me narrow down why that's happening:
Hi there,
Sorry for the delay, I did't get a notification! My display settings are 100%, and it's showing the same way on safari and chrome. I'm using Storyline 2. The strange thing is that it wasn't a problem until I changed the arrows to the curved arc type of arrow, and the same thing is happening on two different courses.
Thanks for the additional details, Chris! Could you share a sample slide with our team so we can get a closer look?
You can submit the file through this case form. Thanks!
I think it has to do with the arc tool that I used- I switched to straight arrows and the issue is resolved.
Thanks, Chris for that update and I'm happy to hear things are working normally again.
