I design the project and then send it to my client for review. They also have Articulate and often make changes to things like links to documents on their intranet. What is the easiest way for me to share a project with my client so they can then also make any necessary changes?
I don't know if that's easier, but you can add the .story file to either GoogleDrive or DropBox and then share the link. Or you could upload the file to some ftp site and share the link. Also, depending on the filesize, you may be able to simply email the file.
Hi, Diane -- For additional information on some of the options Michael suggested, you may want to review this info sheet on Publishing and Sharing SL2 Content.
Go to one of these links (depending on your version) to learn more about the how and where. The information on publishing is at the bottom of each of them. What you will chose will depend on how you can get your client access to the published content. Remember, if you publish for a CD and send it to them (or for a web site and upload it), you have to send (or upload ) the entire output folder and ensure they are linked to the proper file, Many people publish to Amazon's free S3 server.

Is there an easier way than sending it via wetransfer??

You may also want to check out this thread on Client course review options, as well as Making Storyline projects easy for SME review for some additional ideas. Hope that helps! :)
I know this is a two-year old post, but out of curiosity, what is recommended for Rise projects?
THanks
Hello Antuan,
Great question.
A quick way to share your Rise course is to share the web link to the project. Check out this article for instructions.
If you'd like true collaboration, you may want to consider Teams. Check out this tutorial and video.
How to share files with my client who does not have articulate storyline?
Publish them.
