The window that pops up with email and preview options after publishing a project has stopped appearing. I uninstalled Storyline and reinstalled yesterday, and the window started appearing again. Today, it fails to display after publishing. I REALLY need the option to email content to clients for their approval. Is there a way that I can get this feature to start working again without have to uninstall/reinstall repeatedly?
I suspect you went through the repair options here - you may need to do the more involved repair detailed here. You'll also want to confirm that you have installed Storyline as an administrator but are running it as the end user, and working on all local project files as detailed here.
Thanks, Ashley. I think I found the problem. I was saving to my local C drive; however, I'm working on a VM and the drive is shared with the Mac side of my computer. Once I started publishing to the desktop, the email feature showed up again.
