I have been asked to upload my Articulate Storyline course to dropbox.
I have tried publishing my course to both LMS and website. I then zipped the entire folder and uploaded it to dropbox. When I download that file and extract all it will not allow me to view the course. The website page that opens is always blank.
That Amazon S3 option in the article Wendy shared above seems to be the way many are headed recently based on conversations I've seen in the forums, so hopefully that assists you as well.

as of a few days ago Dropbox changed rules viewing HTML pages - you'll need to upload to a websever or LMS to view.
