I am creating a module that includes quiz questions that will be correct or incorrect but I am also adding short answer survey questions that will not be graded. When I publish the module and convert it to SCORM (I am using brainshark) then generate a report I am not able to see the short answer survey responses. I have added a results page for both the survey and quiz. When I do generate a report all I am seeing is the answers to the multiple-choice questions. Do I have to do two separate modules in order to see both?
As long as all questions are connected to the Results slide, you should be able to see the answers on the report.
I'm not familiar with Brainshark, so it's a good idea to rule out LMS issues by testing your project in SCORM Cloud. Check out this step-by-step article!
If it works as expected in SCORM Cloud, I would advise you to reach out to Brainshark for more information, as it can be the settings on their end.
