This is a terrible workflow. Is it possible to make this a hotkey such as CTRL+[ like in PPT. Having to scan the menu and do this, or right click/bring to back/bring to back is the most frustrating and tedious process. I'm pretty sure I sent in a feature request for this from a different company 3 years ago and wow would this feature speed up my workflow.
You can drag items up and down on the timeline to send them backward and forward. One step isn't as fast as a keypress, but it is a lot faster if you have to move several steps.

here is the list of KS for SL360 - I don't think there is one for what you want, but you could add the Arrange menu to the QAT if you wanted.

I agree. Pretty much every other app has a shortcut for send backwards and send to back.
