We are developing a course where some users are using JAWS. The course is now in test phase and the JAWS-users are reporting that Jaws contains many keyboard shortcuts that facilitate navigation on websites and web applications, but none of these works in Storyline 360.
The only way to navigate is to use tab and/or space, but this is extremely time consuming for these users and it's hard to get an overview of the current page.
Anybody that has experienced this? How can this be solved?
Hi there, Henrik! Storyline supports keyboard navigation conforming to WCAG. Tabbing, and using the enter and space keys to activate slide and player functions will be the way to go! We'll let you know if there are any enhancements down the road.
