show error msg at the time of working SL2

Hi ,

At the time of working storyline 2 they show me error msg when ever i copy-paste text from notepad,Import slide from another storyline 2 file, at the time of make graphical changes, when copy-paste triggers etc. I am having this problem many time in my project; Once error msg comes i can't able to save the file.

Can you please suggest/guide me, How to tackle with this issue.

Hello Akash!

Please make sure you are working locally as described here.

You may also want to look into a repair of Storyline to see if this corrects the issue.

Hello Emily,

Thanks for your reply. I would like to mention that I always work on local drive.

And Also try given repair option but its not work for me. I face this problem one particular project not every project.

Hello Akash,

If this is only happening in one project, you could try importing the file into a new Storyline file and see if this helps as well.
