Show previous answers - Fill in the Blank Quiz

Jul 25, 2017

Is there a way to show the student's previous answers from a previous slide in a Fill in the Blank quiz? I have created a "states test" with 50 slides and I want the student to see their answers to the previous "states". Is that possible?

In the fill in the blank test, the answer is kept in a variable called TextEntry.  A number is added each time you create a new fill in the blank question.  (you can rename them if you wish to make the reference easier but you would see with one is used on each slide on the trigger panel.)

You can display it later on by displaying the variable.

Hi Irene,

Solange has you on the right path! You may also want to take a look at the tutorial here on working with text entry questions and adding in variable references. (Both those tutorials are for Storyline 2, but the same settings will apply for Storyline 3 and 360!)
