With each tab click, you could set a variable that indicated 'completion' for this tab. Once all three variables are True, you could change the state of the instruction text to Normal. See attached file for a quick sample.

Can you please clarify my below question:
Question: How to create the exit button for entire course including the confirmation popup ( Are you sure you want to exit the course?: Yes or No) if learner click yes button the course will close if not the course is as it is display.
There are various ways to create an Exit dialog. See the attached file for two examples: slide 1 uses a lightboxed slide to display the dialog, slide 2 displays the dialog in a layer. There asre pros and cons for both options. In my example, I simply repurposed the standard Submit button as an Exit button; this may not work for your project.
As far as I know, the size of the built-in lightbox is fixed and cannot be changed. You can always explore if using a layer to display what looks like a lightbox works for your requirements.
