Give your Continue button an initial state of Hidden and then the trigger you are after is Change State of Button 1 - "Continue" to Normal When Video Completes.
A quick addition to the above post; don't take my wording too literally because, of course, your Continue button may not be Button 1 on your slide. If it still doesn't work, just get back to me here.
