Showing base layer when revisiting

Mar 19, 2014

Hi All,

I'm really frustrated with this scene.  Take a look and then read below.

When I click on the "Remember this" tab in my notebook, it takes me to a drag 'n drop interaction on another slide.  When I return to the original slide after completing the activity, I want it to take me to the base layer (left panel of the notebook should say "My Falls Notes").  Problem is, I can't set the slide to "reset to initial state" (which would accomplish this) since I need the slide to maintain information like which notes have been visited (marked by turning the notes grey).  But if I set it to "automatically decide" or "resume saved state" it jumps to the last used layer.

Any help?

Thanks,

Aaron

Have a look at the revised file. 1. I set the slide to Reset to Initial State (that makes sure that the baselayer is shown when returning to the slide). 2. I added slide triggers that change the state of the buttons along the right to their Visited states, based on the True/False variables you already set before showing the layers. Hope that's what you wanted.
