Do I need to insert a trigger or any other application on the last slide in order to have Storyline report the person as being complete to the LMS when no test is required?
We are having the same issue. I have it as completed/incomplete with 90 slides out of 130 to mark complete, and it's still not marking complete in Cornerstone. Help! I'm only one of 2 designers that uses Storyline and my LMS team is new to it.
I'm sorry to hear you've run into a similar issue. Are you able to confirm that the students have touched upon all 90 slides? Often with branching or lightbox slides included in the course, it's difficult to ensure that a user has touched each required slide. You could also look at testing the course in SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for LMS Testing, and this article will walk you through the steps. If it works there, it's a good indication that something is occurring on Cornerstone's end in regards to how the course is being tracked. You'll also want to confirm you're using the latest update of Storyline, which currently Storyline 2 is on Update 10. You can check what update you're using by going to the Help tab within Storyline and clicking on "About Articulate Storyline".
Please keep us posted on how it goes with your SCORM Cloud testing, and if the same behavior occurs there we'll want to get you working with one of our Support Engineers to take a look at your files.
Hi, Alicia -- Thanks so much for reaching out here, and sorry to hear of your troubles! May I ask if you have also tested your course on the SCORM Cloud to see if you are finding the same behavior there? You may find this article to be helpful, as well.

Hi Brian,
Are you tracking by number of slides viewed or by a results slide? You'll then want to choose which tracking method when you use the publish to LMS window.
