I am trying to use drag&drop for a quiz and I would like to shuffle the answers. My Shuffle wizard is grey, and I cannot use it. Can you help me to figure out what is going on?
Thanks so much for your reply. I am going to include a snapshot of what I see here. I was able to use Shuffle when I use Survey.Ranking Drag-&Drop (see my snapshot), but I could not use it with Graded Sequence (see snapshot). Shuffle was grayed out in Graded Drag& Drop.
This question type will shuffle by default - that is why you do not have the option available. Have you previewed or published the content to see the behavior?

how are you setting up the items in the form view? are all drag items selected?

By the way, I would like to know also whether the Drag&Drop Options window is not there for the same reason.

No problem.
Your Drag&Drop Options is available if your are utilizing a Freeform Drag&Drop question type. Sounds like that is not your set-up, correct?
Yes. I am using both freedom form and graded. When I tried to use Graded, it does not show up. Maybe it is just by default.
