Shuffle Questions?

Hello,

I'm new to Articulate SL and I would like to create a survey of 50 questions that will use the entire bank and then shuffle the bank the next time it is run. 

I have created a question bank and the problem I am encountering is that the questions are often repeated when drawn at random. When testing a smaller 10 question version #1 & #10 were the same. 10 questions drawn randomly and all ten were always included. I would have expected this to shuffle the order of the 10 and not create repetition.

In researching this I read something about question groups in Quizmaker '09. Is that what I'm looking for or is it renamed to question banks for SL?
