Signing up to the epiphanies newsletter

Feb 10, 2016

Hi,

One of my colleagues is receiving the epiphanies newsletter and I would like to do so too.

Can anybody point me to where I can do this as I haven't been able to locate it on e-learning heroes?

Thanks,

Mike

Hi, Mike! Thanks so much for reaching out, and as a member of the ELH community, you should be receiving the Epiphanies newsletter automatically to the email address we have on file for you. Could you please check your SPAM folder to see if perhaps they have been routed there in error?

If you find that you do not have the newsletters in your SPAM folder, please use this form, and we will see what we can do to track things down further on our end. :)

Thanks Christie,
I tried completing the form about not receiving the Epiphanies Newsletter, but it won't let me Send unless I upload a file. However, I don't have a file I need help with. I was just trying to find out why I'm not receiving the newsletters.

Can you please advise?
Thanks!

Hi, Kimberly -- My apologies for sending the link that requires a file be attached to send (which has now been updated in the instances above to a version where files do not need to be attached to submit), however, I went ahead and created a ticket for you on my end and you should be receiving an email confirmation to that effect shortly.

Also, I wanted to note in case you weren't aware, when you reply to a forum notification via email, the details in your signature are displayed publicly here in the thread. You are welcome to use the EDIT button beneath your post to remove those details if you wish.

Hi Mike,

Ok - I checked with our team, and it seems you did get them for a bit after we fixed you up in February and then your account got merged with another - did you create another Articulate ID perhaps? Either way - I've added your email address (the mike.henry@...) to our system so you should get it tomorrow - and if not, just holler!

Hi Mike,

I checked in and you should have received the email today - still something screwy on our end specific to your Articulate ID account and the ELH subscriptions, but I assure you our team is on it. As for future ones, you may not receive it at the exact same time as your colleagues, but you should all receive it Tuesdays.

Hello. I am getting the newsletter, but it goes to my email address of a previous employer. I checked my profile, which does have my personal email, but I not getting the newsletters there. And I didn't see a way to change anything in my profile.

I was able to unsubscribe and subscribe to the Rapid eLearning Blog, but I don't see the same Subscribe box on Epiphanies.

Hi Amy,

Are you able to access the emails form the previous employer as well? Had you ever registered with that within the E-Learning Heroes community?  We don't have a subscribe option within the Epiphanies set up  but you can email our support team or start a case here and ask to be added and that way we'll be able to check your email address.

Hi Mike,

Sorry for the delay while I looked into this. I checked with our marketing team and they again confirmed that based on you previously unsubscribing to all of the Articulate emails they are having to manually send the Epiphanies email to your address - and my colleague whose been handling that was off earlier this week. But they confirmed that all the others went through successfully on our end. If you're not seeing those emails for the past month (we started sending manually when you and I first discussed this back around June 8th) please check your spam/junk folder and ensure that you're allowing emails from the @articulate.com domain through.

What they're doing now is manually checking into all the subscriptions associated with your Articulate ID and you may see some email types you previously unsubscribed too so that we can clear up the issues you're having. Please feel free to let me know here or submit a case here so that we can discuss with you individually.
