Simple Question

I am working on an orientation project where I don't want the user to enter the course unless he/she types in their name.  I have the button and the textentry variable.  Problem is I am not doing something right with the trigger and the condition.  I want the system to check if the user typed in a name.  If so, then it should allow him/her to enter.  If not, it should not allow him/her to enter.  This should be simple, but I am not doing something right.  Please help.
