Simple question: Erased onscreen Trigger Wizard & Layer applet

Hi, I feel like an idiot. I was trying to enlarge the slide and I accidently closed the trigger applet and the layer windows. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to reactivate them. I clicked on View, but I don't see a Toolbar option and nothing I hover over is giving me any clues. I honestly don't feel comfortable adding layers without the window on the lower right corner, but I can't get it back.
