The attached video was created using Storyline 360. I'm fairly new to the program. I was hopeful someone could explain how this was put together. Thanks!
That's what I thought. But it was done using screenshots and the other effects were added. It was then exported as an mp4. I know this because someone in my organization did it, they are just not available for me to ask how.
