Hello, I want to create a simulation which requires a specific data entry into a data entry field and the Enter button that will show the next layer only if the correct data was entered. I am not sure how to set it up, so any help is highly appreciated. Also, if there is a different way of setting it up with the same end result, I open to any suggestions. See attached screen shot.

What adjusts the Variable1 you have listed there in the triggers? What I'm seeing now looks like the trigger should be pointing to the TextEntry variable.
Would you be able to share this slide as a .story file for us to take a peek?

Take a look at your updated file. I simply utilized the TextEntry variable that was automatically created.
