I have a simulation I created in Storyline 360. On the very first screen, there's a recording of the user typing a value into a field. This animation works perfectly fine when I preview the course and when I publish for review to the Articulate review site. When I publish to web, it works fine when played locally. When I load it to a web server, the typing animation does not display. All other screens in the sim work fine.
Would the rest of the simulation work ok if that was the case? This is the only typing animation in the simulation, but there are mouse movements which work fine.
I'm doing a great job replying to myself here. Brian - I'm hoping what you suggested will work. I actually tried the files on another web server and it worked fine. So it's this specific server causing the issue. I need to get IT to check those settings. Thanks for the help!!

You may need to have mp4 added as a mime type on the server you're using... https://articulate.com/support/article/mp4-videos-require-a-mime-type-on-your-server-to-play-properly

Correction: There are a few screens that show typing animation and none of them work.
