Hi all. Having an website issue I can't figure out. Whenever I click on a "download" button on this website (see attached doc), I get a screen of ASCII code vs a download. Can u help?
There wasn't an attachment here - but I'd agree with Michael if you can test in another browser that'll be helpful to determine where the issue is. Also, if you can point to the specific download you're trying to access we can test that out too.
It seems then to be an issue with how IE Is interpreting it. You could look at doing a "save as" when clicking on the file to see if that would allow you to download and save to your system - but if it works in Chrome, perhaps you'll want to continue with that set up.

What browser are you using? I use Chrome and eveything works fine. I did some issues with IE when trying to download files from the site.

FYI, using IE (if that helps)
I used Chrome vs IE and downloads work.
