Hi, I created a custom player for my project and when I look at the published version, the slides are not shown full size (in other words, they are cut off by the menu.) I can't figure out what setting I need to change to fix this so the slide is seen in full next to the menu on the right.
Also, is there a setting I can use to make the presentation bigger? There is so much white space around it on my browser (although I wonder if that's because I have a huge screen). I attached a pic of both issues.
Did you create the player using the Storyline SDK? That's not something I can assist with, but here is the information in regards to the regular player and what padding it adds - although I've never seen it cut off slide content.
As for the white space, that looks to just be the preview set up - and it's normal that it's centered in the screen. As for how it'll display when published you'll want to look at the player/browser settings as detailed here.
