Does anyone know of a way to get the Player to fit the project slides, when the Prev/Next buttons are removed?
I have removed the buttons on some slides, due to options on screen, but find that the preview shows that the slide hasn't completely filled the screen/player width ways.
I have played around with the Colour/Fill options on the Base 'Edit options' area in the Player, but with no success.
Double-check that the Next/Prev buttons are removed from ALL slides in your project. The thick bar at the bottom of your second screenshot indicates that somewhere in your project there is still a slide(s) with nav buttons enabled.
Thanks Michael. The only issue with that is I require the Next/Prev on some slides. Also, it is width ways that the problem occurs, with the 'desk' having white space either side? Any ideas?
Storyline will always include padding and space around the player based on what you add and that's documented here. If you include those items on some slides, they padding will appear on it all.
Thanks Ashley, this is super useful. I think I need to turn off buttons from the player in this case then and create my own to navigate through. Thanks :)
I often see lots of users mention that having their own navigation buttons is what they prefer anyway - that way it matches the overall design and feel of their course vs. using our default buttons (which although they are easy to apply - may not have the feel or vibe you're going for!).
