I'm tying to have a seekbar in continus for one story completely. In this story, I made 1 scene who includ 3 slides. My problem is there's a seekbar for each slide so during the scene the seekbar go's back and foward. Can somebody help me to have a nice seekbar for all the slides in my project. Thanks!
The Seekbar that is built into the player only shows the timing of a the particular slide or layer.
There is currently not a built in seekbar for an entire course. Storylne is not designed with many of the default "Linear Tool" options since it's greatest strength lies in the flexibility of delivery - branching scenarios, adaptive learning, no-linear delivery, etc.
Using variables and Slide Masters, it is possible to build progress meters that measure the entire story.
But, it requires some comfort level with the tool and some time.

Thanks....I get it!....If I still want to do this in SL2 the only way is with layers in one slide :)
This way i'm also going to need time and comfort level ;)
variables and Slide Masters are in SL2???
Layers in Storyline have their own seekbar but isn't a combination of base and layers.
Also building on a single slide will negate all of the loading benefits of using storyline.
Ok.....I will find a other way...thanks
Hi Amelie!
Perhaps some of these other forum threads utilizing more of a progress bar/meter would help you accomplish your goal.
Do you want the seek bar as a progress indicator, or as a navigation device?
If the latter, you could probably put a slider on the master, and have each setting jump to a different slide, like the attached sample.
Actually, I did a videoscreen with Replay of my preview in SL2...so I have a movie :)
