I have never experienced this before, but my Timeline panel, Notes Panel, and States panel have all opened off screen. Just enough so that I can see them, but I can't grab the top of them to doc them back into position.
I have no idea how they undocked, nor can I figure out how to put them back. I've closed down and reopened SL2. Restarted my computer. Googled it. I'm at a loss.
Any ideas how to redock them without reinstalling Storyline.

Have you tried View> Redock All Windows?
