Hi - I hope someone can help. I've searched the forums and haven't seen a resolution to this problem.
I clicked Publish to Word as I have so many times before, and all of a sudden, I get an error message telling me there was an error communicating with MS Word and to ensure Word 2000 or newer is installed and functioning properly.
I am running Office Professional Plus 2013 on Win 7. Everything is working fine. I've made no updates since the last time I published to Word (without a problem). Any ideas?
Does this notice appear when you try to publish other project files to Word, or does it happen with a particular one? If this message appears with multiple files, a simple Storyline 2 repair should help resolve it. If this message appears on a particular file, importing the file into a new project should do the trick.
